Away from home, a lot of OFW's find ways to relieve homesickness, stress from a busy day at work and sometimes loneliness that's why we look for outlets or groups that we can find ourselves to "FIT IN". Those who would share the same interest that we have and a group who support each other. There are a lot of things that one can be engange to and one of those is sport. Specifically, i'm talking about "Skateboarding".
While in Dubai, one skateboarding group "Skate DXB" has been gathering around Union Park Fountain to have fun & bond, relieve stress & extend your circle, or simply fire up your passion in learning tricks and sharing it to others. Amateur or not, as long as you got the heart for this sport, you can sweat it out under the summer heat or freeze the seat during the winter cold.
Skateboarding as we all know is riding on a skateboard. Right? But since a lot of people has been influenced for the past years, skateboarding is more than just a transportation and a recreational activity. Recently, it was announced that Skateboarding will make its debut on the 2020 Summer Olympics at Tokyo, Japan.
